Brian Dougherty, FASLA-

Brian Dougherty, FASLA, is a tremendous advocate for landscape architecture in the state of Oklahoma as well as nationally. His professional background includes 15 years with OSU in Oklahoma City as a faculty member and later as the Division Head at the John E. Kirkpatrick Horticulture Center. Brian joined the Oklahoma City Community Foundation as a program officer coordinating the Parks and Public Space Initiative and the Margaret Annis Boys Trust. He often makes presentations about the importance of parks and public grounds in our communities. Brian co-hosts the KTOK Garden Show, has served three terms on the Oklahoma State Board of Architects and Landscape Architects, two terms as the Oklahoma Chapter Trustee, is the national vice president of membership for the American Society of Landscape Architects, and is currently a candidate for the National President of ASLA. He is also serves as a Trustee for the Oklahoma City Riverfront Redevelopment Authority, Trustee for the Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation and serves on the Board for Automobile Alley.
